Legendary funk drummer Zoro released a book last year called The Big Gig. It’s an insider’s look at the music industry from the perspective of a freelance drummer. There are tons of helpful tips for the specific role of a drummer, but there are MANY bits of wisdom for all musicians (and all humans in general for that matter).
Much of the book is being transferred into candid interview footage with Zoro himself. This clip on “The Art of Attitude” is a great example of Zoro’s insights…
